Category: Recycled Bag

A recycled tote bag from LOQI printed with Hokusai's Fuji from Gotenyama, from the Thirty-Six Views series.

Blossom in the foreground, Mount Fuji holding steady behind it. It's one of the softer prints from the series, and it translates beautifully to tote size: pale pinks, deep blues and a view people will actually stop and look at.

Katsushika Hokusai was born around 1760 in Edo, now Tokyo. He was in his seventies when he made the Thirty-Six Views series, and close to two hundred years on, the prints still feel current.

One for anyone who loves Japanese art, and an easy one to keep for yourself.

Sophia G. ★★★★★

The bag folds up into a tiny square that fits in my coat pocket, which is perfect for spontaneous market trips. The blossom foreground against Mount Fuji looks even better in person than I imagined.

Charlotte N. ★★★★☆

The print is lovely and really clear, though I wish the bag were just a touch larger for grocery runs. It folds up so small it’s easy to keep in my purse.

Jason J. ★★★★☆

I’ve been using this bag for daily errands and the art print is really nice—the Mount Fuji and blossoms look even better in person. The material feels sturdy enough for groceries, though I wish the opening were a bit wider.
