I’ve used it as my personal item on two flights now and the fact that it tucks under the seat while still leaving room for my feet is a game changer. The shoulder strap makes hopping between terminals way easier than wrestling with a rolling bag.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much the shoulder strap helps when I'm juggling my coffee and boarding pass. The under-seat fit on a recent United flight was perfect, leaving my feet plenty of room.

The exterior pockets are a game-changer for quick access to my passport and phone without unzipping the main compartment. It slips under the seat effortlessly and hooks onto my roller bag handle like it was made for it.
